Museum des Ortes mit Schlosskeller und Skulpturensaal

For the palace cellar, the only remaining part of the original castle, RAA developed an exhibition design that guides visitors through the archaeological remains on an illuminated platform that appears to float over the site. From this platform the rooms and large objects, are contextualized through graphics, interactive media and showcases featuring smaller archaeological objects. The interpretation tells stories of the sites 700 years history of the site and the inner-workings of the palace.
