Details
RAA has redesigned the Evolution and Ocean halls for the State Museum of Natural History Stuttgart in Rosenstein Museum. For the Ocean Hall, the design reinforces its previously existing "experience space," enhancing the underwater world experience through a blue darkening of the room, water movements visible on ceilings, suspended models, and taxidermy of marine and coastal animals. The Evolution Hall design explores evolutionary relationships and processes using interactive media, real-life-looking taxidermy specimens, infographics, and hands-on objects, highlighting aspects of evolutionary processes and the influence of humans.
