Transfer Line Family S50

The modular and scalable S50 can be easily adapted to mixed production needs. Processing stations can be changed quickly and easily with a slide-in & out mechanism. To switch between applications, the processing stations can be fully maintained and calibrated outside the machine.
The S50 is equipped with a new transfer design for a higher positioning accuracy between process and product. High-resolution cameras detect bad parts. The fully integrated software alerts the operator to incorrect settings.
