The transformation of the former Harbour Dairy into the FINNE Harbour Brewery turns production into an experience. The guest space opens as part of the workshop, where the brewing process becomes visible. Stainless steel, ceramic, concrete and glass form a restrained, honest vocabulary of manufacture. Monolithic elements and a clear spatial dramaturgy connect the waterfront with the brewing tanks, bringing together craft, enjoyment and metropolitan life.
