LEAP - Roche Penzberg

For Roche's global diagnostics innovation center in Penzberg, Studio Alexander Fehre developed LEAP as a "spatial operating system." A consistent color and material concept unites laboratory and office areas into a single design language. The central atrium with connecting bridges acts as social infrastructure, accelerating knowledge exchange between teams. Differentiated color zones create orientation, identity, and a sense of belonging on every level. A holistic approach in which interior architecture becomes a catalyst for innovation and seamless interdisciplinary collaboration.
