Nena Munich City East

Ninety apartments in Munich's Berg am Laim, 87 studios and three double rooms. BelForm reordered floor plan, kitchen and storage: walk-in wardrobes act as a room within the room and keep the plan open, with flexible benches and large work tables. Black kitchen blocks, raw concrete and brass frames, minimal with deliberate gold accents. Rope swings hang in the lobby before a moss wall, a gorilla guards the lounge, and the laundry off the roof terrace is called Dirty Secrets.
