SeGe Medical Care Centre in Cologne combines sexual health, preventive care, gynaecology and general medicine for people of all genders, identities and ways of life. Particular attention is given to individuals who are often underrepresented or experience stigma within conventional healthcare. The commitment to sensitive, respectful and non-discriminatory care forms the basis of the spatial concept. It deliberately departs from conventional medical interiors, translating openness and diversity into a distinctive design that promotes orientation, communication and a welcoming atmosphere.
