This project turns a restrictive octagonal corporate layout into a fluid, state-of-the-art headquarters. By optimising an open, 360-degree radial layout, the architecture balances strict regulatory security with radical transparency. The central lift cores are reimagined as a rhythmic Heritage Gallery that acts as the connective tissue between zones. Seamless, high-fidelity technical integration honors a 119-year legacy with court-like dignity and versatile utility.
