Old Walls, New Ideas! A pediatric dental practice in a heritage building from 1910 – what may at first seem contradictory turned out to offer not only challenges, but also tremendous design opportunities thanks to the historic fabric. The result is an atmosphere that offers children and parents a truly unique experience, impossible to replicate elsewhere. Inspired by the Genius Loci, old and new elements blend together in remarkable harmony. High, light-filled rooms create a spacious and distinctive spatial experience.

A sensitive interplay of old and new defines »Villa KinderZahn«. The historic fabric is subtly staged and complemented by distinctive, child-friendly design elements. Light-flooded spaces and a harmonious choice of materials create a charismatic environment that offers children and parents an impactful spatial experience. Particularly impressive is the respectful approach to the existing structure, giving the project a timeless and identity-forming quality.
