The new location in a listed former textile factory in Munich was designed by CSMM itself. The existing fabric was curated, creating a workplace that preserves its character. Open areas alternate with an innovative spatial cluster – glass walls, side by side, without corridors. Sightlines across the floor plate create transparency and connection. The office is both a workplace and a living lab, demonstrating how architecture can foster collaboration, identity and change.
