CSMM designed a new headquarters for the biotechnology company NanoTemper, bringing all its departments together in one location. The facility includes specialized labs, research and development areas, and offices within a multi-tenant building. This setup reflects NanoTemper's innovative spirit and is designed to support the company's rapid growth. When NanoTemper moved into the "Factory Office" in April 2024, it gained a variety of spaces tailored to the unique needs of biotechnology, enhancing the efficiency of its internal operations.

The design concept for the new office space at the headquarters of the biotechnology company “NanoTemper” perfectly reflects the progress and dynamism of the company with its contemporary New Work approach. The well thought-out spatial concept promotes efficient work processes and at the same time offers ample opportunity for communication and privacy.
