Details

The Multertor restaurant in the old town of St. Gallen is part of a historic building. The design concept was developed and realised by Daniel Hunziker Design Identity and Studer Innen & Architektur. It combines the embroidery heritage of the area with the visions of the landlord and tenant. The interior features a show kitchen, a seven-metre-long marble counter and a multifunctional ceiling made from recycled materials and decorated with traditional St. Gallen embroidery motifs. A sophisticated colour scheme and a mix of classic chairs underline the elegant, traditional character of the restaurant.
