Details

The main idea of the interior design was to transfer the longing for the sea and water into the paediatric clinic. The aim was to create an interior that offers orientation, has a friendly and warm effect, calms and at the same time offers distraction and thus contributes to healing. The main thoroughfare, the centrepiece of the architecture, represents the water, the beach, the public space. It is designed in shades of blue, turquoise and sand. The 6 building cubes are colourful beach houses located on this beach and represent the personal shelter. Each beach house has its own colour, which is derived from the facade.
