Vegi.Table. The innovative pop-up restaurant at the Hotel Petrus in Reischach on Kronplatz in South Tyrol, with its own organic vegetable farm Lechnerhof. The pop-up restaurant Vegi.Table is only open during the harvest season - from June to October - and serves innovative dishes made from fresh vegetables grown on the farm. The interior is inspired by the garden: Home-grown dried flowers adorn the ceiling, while illuminated shelves of pickled vegetables create a unique visual experience that combines culinary and aesthetic qualities.
