La Senda de Omaña

To create a restaurant that recreates the mountain within a restaurant, we used plant elements and natural materials throughout the premises, using biophilic and sustainable architecture resources. On the perimeter of the premises we installed tree trunks from sustainable logging in Madrid, we used freeze-dried moss gardens and plants as plant elements. We also use natural, sustainable, recycled and ceramic materials of national origin, reducing the ecological footprint. The colours chosen for materials and furniture are those of nature. The wooden structure that protects the bar is the refuge in the mountain.
