Details

The formerly ineffective, rigid room constellation is broken up. As a result of the removal of any non-load-bearing walls, an open, light-flooded sequence of rooms is created on just under 45 square metres, which does justice to modern forms of living.
The only remaining wall of the "One Wall Apartment" becomes an all-rounder. It is a fire wall, load-bearing structure, multifunctional tool and mediator between the living zones at the same time. From the seating niche and dressing room in the entrance hall to the custom-made fitted kitchen and the art wall in the living area, it offers plenty of storage space and flexibility for the user's individual requirements.
