Details
The door-handle 'Bau' was designed to feature two contrasting materials. "We wanted pure, geometrical shapes that would work together as different materials." The design is based on rigorous geometry, emphasises the material of the grip. Experimenting with different materials led to the idea of using marble. All pieces are made from off-cuts produced during the fabrication of much larger objects, making sure none of the valuable minerals goes to waste.

The design for the "BAU" door handle impresses with an interesting contrast between marble and stainless steel and clear geometric shapes, which promises a special experience not only visually but also haptically and makes the door handle unmistakable.
