Details

A half-timbered house from the 15th century acts as a new harbour for a delicatessen. The space was carefully opened up. The historical timber frame is complemented by a clear design language and straight-forward elements, making the intersection between the old and the new palpable. Exclusively honest and natural materials embellish this place, such as a healthy lime plaster on the walls, dusty green glazed wood, as well as bricks which, after the gutting, were reused in new furniture blocks.
