Fink Optik occupies a listed villa in Deggendorf – while allowing it to remain a villa.
Its original sequence of rooms sets the rhythm: rooms become salons, conventional displays give way to bespoke furniture and individual settings. Historic fabric and new interventions deliberately stand side by side.
Dark timber, brass, stone and expressive textiles provide a contemporary counterpoint. Consultations take place around a table, guests are also welcomed at the bar. Shopping becomes a visit – and the store becomes a house again.
