This project’s vision is to cultivate strong social bonds and enrich the neighborhood, transforming the building into a focal point of engagement and connection. It features a lively daycare and a charming café. The 1,200 sqm communal area, designed to accommodate around 800 students, functions as a dynamic hub where collaboration and community spirit come alive, providing ample space for activities, study, and interaction.
