Niederrheinische Formenfabrik Janssen has been manufacturing high-quality and robust cookie formers since 1872 and, with the new development of the Formfix 1-2-3, is continuing a long tradition of manufacturing hand-operated cookie formers. The small and compact Formfix 1-2-3 is designed for the production of high-quality pastries made of short dough and marzipan and is ideal for pastry shops and small bakeries. Hygiene, functionality, ergonomics and durability are the key design goals.

With its high-quality design, the mechanical machine with a large hand crank reflects the demand for functionality, ergonomics, hygiene and durability down to the last detail.
