The Petřín Funicular

The new Petřín Funicular design draws on the history of the original cable car, operating near Prague Castle since 1891. It features clean lines, panoramic windows, an extended observation platform, and a playful element-when the cars pass, one "winks" and the other "blushes," reflecting Petřín’s reputation as the Hill of Love. The design team chose a timeless, minimalist style that highlights technical details while respecting sustainability, functionality, and the unique spirit of the location.
