ROC – Retail Operation Cockpit is Telekom’s central platform for efficient retail operations. It lets Retail teams manage shop processes in one browser-based tool with news inbox, Q&A (KOM), key links, and Power BI reports—accessible via web or mobile (iOS/Android). Designed & developed by Wahnsinn Design GmbH based on its ION software, ROC streamlines communication across shops, partners, and sales teams. Securely hosted on Telekom’s AWS and continuously enhanced, it ensures reliable, future-proof retail support.
