Regulate makes mental performance manageable in everyday work. The app recommends the right breathing exercise in real time, based on usage history and intention. At its center is the orb: a living element embodying breath and mood, shifting shape and color with each session. With a wearable, the impact of each session on heart rate becomes visible. Designed under the creative direction of Moritz Keller, with specialists including longtime Apple industrial designer Rico Zörkendorfer.
