82 Concept is an iconic mixed-use project in the Suvarnabhumi area, combining a café, restaurant, bar, and office on a narrow, elongated site. The design balances simplicity and complexity with long parallel walls and a roof of shifting heights forming the number 8 – or infinity symbol – symbolising fluidity. Staggered openings and an internal courtyard bring light, ventilation, and greenery, while elevated areas enhance function. Circulation culminates in a sculptural stair to the rooftop café and bar, supported by passive ventilation, green zones, and energy-efficient glazing, establishing the building as a vibrant community landmark.
