SPACE_013 is not an office, not a home, not a showroom – but all at once. The hybrid forms the creative centre of design agency LNID and unites working, living, and staging in a vibrant concept. In the tension between historic opulence and modern reduction, a vacant building was transformed into a place where emotion and function converge. Open workspaces, showroom, lounges, and private retreats merge into a dynamic think tank. SPACE_013 is the manifesto of a new culture of work and life.
