AS Watson smart factory reflects climate-responsive design, adapting to the subtropical monsoon climate. Its double-layered aluminum grille canopy (11.5° tilt) optimizes summer shading & winter lighting. The rainwater harvesting system has an annual capacity of 77,136 m3 and meets 100% of the non-potable water demand. It combines low-impact development and sponge city features, with photovoltaics cutting CO2 emissions by 89.3 tons/yr. An intelligent energy system ensures sustainable operation.
