Located in Quito, CORPORATIVO 194 redefines the “horizontal office” with a bold concrete structure and asymmetrical garden terraces that blur the line between inside and outside. Layered horizontally and vertically, the terraces root the building in the Andean topography, offering shade, biodiversity, and daily connection with nature. While achieving LEED Platinum through passive and active strategies, the project goes beyond metrics—challenging the sealed-box typology with a porous, biophilic, and fundamentally human architecture. It proposes a workplace that breathes, lives, and evolves with its environment.
