All that glitters is not gold. And yet sometimes it is literally worth its weight in gold. This is impressively true of our building at Oskar-von-Miller-Ring 33 in Munich. Behind the gleaming gold, heat-insulating façade concept are seven floors of state-of-the-art office space designed according to the New Work concept. The successful transformation from grey mouse to golden swan is what sets this revitalised building apart.
