TAKENOKO is located on Zagreb’s vibrant Preradoviceva street in the very heart of the city’s center. In a historic area a small green area was forgotten next to the public parking. Takenoko is a pioneering fine-dining Japanese restaurant renowned for its upscale fusion sushi and sophisticated ambiance. This lively central street itself is celebrated for its historic 19th-century architecture and bustling cafe culture. Takenoko was designed in a forgotten green area with 5 huge chestnut trees. The idea was to create an oasis in the very centre of the city.
