A Carefree Life Around the Central Deck

A three-unit residential development centered around a symbol tree and a wooden deck. Thoughtful placement of buildings, parking, and landscaping clearly defines communal and private zones. The central wooden deck brings the three units together, naturally fostering neighborly interaction under the tree, while the private gardens provide a peaceful retreat for relaxation. Having two distinct outdoor spaces to suit their mood allows residents to effortlessly nurture community ties at their own pace—embracing the concept of 'Kimama' (a play on words for 'wood' and 'carefree').
