Doppelhäuser Leonberg-Warmbronn

At the edge of Leonberg-Warmbronn, an urban ensemble with the character of a small neighbourhood was created. Using sustainable timber construction, six semi-detached houses blend harmoniously into the existing surroundings. Two smaller house types along the street line open up views into the quarter through strategic setbacks, while four generously sized houses unfold behind them, offering well-proportioned volumes and balanced scale. Timber defines both structure and facade, with warm tones connecting interior and exterior. Terraces and green zones create an open space concept that combines private comfort with vibrant community living.
