The student residence on Gerokstraße in Dresden has been modernised and given a new architectural identity. Converted loggias expand the living space and improve energy efficiency. The centrepiece is the new curtain façade made of profiled aluminium panels, whose vertical structure lends the high-rise elegance and clarity. A striking azure-blue colour scheme gives the building its own distinctive character. Combined with vivid light and shadow effects, the façade creates a dynamic, contemporary appearance that unites functionality and design.
