The Villa 95 project is located on an irregularly shaped plot within Altos de Valderrama, in Sotogrande. From the outset, the main premise was to maximise the relationship between the home and the natural surroundings, ensuring that daily living seamlessly merged with the place. The site has a slight slope, which allows for great landscape depth.

A subtle dialogue between architecture and landscape defines »Villa 95«. Three precisely arranged volumes blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating a fascinating spatial composition and generous vistas. The sustainable energy concept and the thoughtful separation of private and communal areas are thoroughly convincing. Its consistently harmonious execution gives the project exceptional presence.
