Modular houses A and B, close to the forest. Planned and partially built by the residents themselves. Three modules per house: living, retreat, and outdoor storage, arranged like a mini-village with a central square. Organized like urban space with a central hall, "streets" and retreat areas. Functional minimalism (120 sq.m heated area), adaptable for all life stages. The houses blend into the 1960s settlement, yet stand confidently - a cave with a view - reduced to the essentials!
