Helmut-Foitzik-Quartier in Köln-Porz

With the “Helmut-Foitzik-Residential Area” in Cologne-Porz, we are realized a residential project that deliberately strikes a balance between restraint and confidence. Situated on a former villa plot featuring mature trees, the development comprises an ensemble that offers a contemporary interpretation of the classic urban villa—characterized by clarity, serenity, and precision. In an era of increasing urban densification, the complex demonstrates how housing can be created without sacrificing open space—and how clear architectural design, combined with high-quality materials and balanced proportions, ensures enduring quality.
