Details
On a former blueberry field, we created a subdivision of eight residences designed to foster "en" (connections) among residents. The site utilizes its southern hillside's topography to create a wild, mountain-like landscape. Homes are spaciously arranged, with shared easements for roads and plazas established through easements to nurture community. The layout separates pedestrian and vehicle zones. A 1m buffer from property lines creates open space. Over 200 trees are planted, and shared easements include a blueberry-lined path and relaxing porches for gatherings, connecting the community with nature and each other.

The development subtly utilizes the terrain, creating a distinctive place with generous spacing, communal pathways, and a concept rooted in nature. The well-considered separation of traffic areas and the integration of diverse green spaces set new standards for contemporary, identity-forming living and impress at an outstanding level.
