“Pracht-Werk” transforms a "Gründerzeit"- building in need of renovation through precise densification and energy retrofit into a showcase of innovative urban development. The added rooftops with integrated photovoltaik systems complement the historic building fabric sensitively. Reconstructed facades, a green courtyard, and 68 % lower heat demand combine heritage, sustainability, and urban spatial quality.
