Shin Okachimachi Residence(nido SHIN OKACHIMACHI)

This facade features unique balcony designs that resemble window openings to obscure the visibility of domestic activities, enhancing privacy. To create a warm exterior appearance, a wood finish using a wood grain brush is applied on balcony surfaces. The design continues in the communal hallways, maintaining aesthetic consistency. The building’s sides and entrance are also thoughtfully designed with green landscaping, creating a space for relaxation for the local residents.
