Städtisches Mehrgenerationenwohnen in Freising-Lerchenfeld

Two plots on Katharina-Mair-Straße in Freising-Lerchenfeld were chosen as the location for this project. By changing the development plan, more building rights for affordable housing were created. The project includes 111 apartments as well as four residential-related use units in six buildings with green courtyards. Efficient, space-saving floor plans and a diverse mix of apartments provide affordable housing for different groups of people and promote a lively neighborhood.
