The Courtyard Enclave

"Courtyard Enclave" is a residential project that redefines housing development by balancing privacy with community, resolving core challenges such as lack of privacy, limited interaction, and insufficient sunlight. By arranging five houses in a unique horseshoe pattern, the design incorporates a central garden, shared pathways, and independent cottages. This layout protects personal space while encouraging organic resident connections, directly addressing modern social isolation. Combining aesthetics with functional sustainability, the project earned the 2025 Good Design Award.
