Vom Doppelhaus zur Villa

An impressive architectural project took shape in the Senden district of Neu-Ulm: a villa offering 450 square meters of living space. What makes it unique is that it is not a new build, but rather the transformation of two semi-detached houses. These were stripped back to their load-bearing structures, joined together, and comprehensively modernized. The result is a building featuring clear, contemporary architecture and open-plan layouts.
