Details
The area to the south of Krefeld's main railway station was converted into the climate-friendly “Opus” administration building and, together with a neighbouring building, forms the gateway to the Willy Brandt Quarter. “Opus” thus blends harmoniously into the existing urban fabric. The building, which has been awarded the DGNB Gold certificate, provides modern office space for the Krefeld Jobcenter. It is characterized by a varied façade and green inner courtyards and promotes biodiversity and e-mobility. The “Opus” thus combines design standards with sustainability.
