Details
Sculptural folding, dynamic workspaces, impressive views and a multitude of terraces make the STREAM Tower a lively extension of the area around the Mercedes-Benz Arena. The 24 storeys fold alternately staggered towards the sky and give the approximately 97.5-metre-high tower its characteristic shape, which is as lively and varied as the building's creative environment.
The Jury‘s Statement
The striking folding of the floors gives the Stream Office Tower in Berlin a sculptural appearance. A building that is as exciting as it is unusual, giving the capital city yet another icon.
