Taizhou Innovation Park is located in Taizhou City, China. Its predecessor was an almost abandoned old factory building. Through effective utilization and transformation of the original factory buildings and structures, It combines multiple functions, such as showcasing industrial products and history, exchanging knowledge, and providing leisure and office spaces. The Taizhou Innovation Park has successfully transformed from a cement processing plant to an industry 4.0 park.
The Jury‘s Statement
Taizhou Dream Creative Park was built on the site of a former cement factory, successfully transforming the former industrial structures into an open, modern and multifunctional area. The design is impressive not only because of its contemporary architecture, but also because of its colorful overall appearance.
