With its circular design, the building operates as a landmark in the surrounding country towards which everything converges.
Its dimensions make it a dominant feature of the whole region, creating a link between the city and its universities.
With its accommodation units arrayed along a ramp winded up through the 10 levels, the Vortex provides spaces for meeting by creating a new typology of cohabitation.
