Zweifamilienhaus S in Starnberg "Zwei Sphinxe im Garten"

The desire for a Doppelhaus, without creating the visual impression of a Doppelhaus. For this purpose, we placed a double garage between the two houses and tried to find a facade design that does not follow the usual principle of a Doppelhaus. On the garden side, an inner courtyard is created so that the two residential units are arranged separately. On the street side, however, the two double garages together with the two "Doppelhaus" form a unit.
