We redesigned the Reckoner Guidebook for the NITI Aayog Transformation of Aspirational Districts Programme for district collectors, senior officers, and government representatives in 115 districts across 6 sectors. It had a user-centric design with infographics, visual aids, and condensed data. With the help of a universal visual language and the pocket-size cue cards, we were able to overcome cultural barriers and boost productivity, effectiveness, and positive district development initiatives.
