Dolores is a fine dining restaurant in Bogotá that aims to define informal luxury through its 'Quiet Luxury' concept. Blending contemporary cuisine with classic culinary traditions, Dolores offers a sophisticated yet warm and accessible experience. The restaurant fuses Mediterranean cuisine with diverse influences, ensuring each dish is crafted with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. The goal was to create a visual identity reflecting Dolores' values of hospitality, comfort, minimalism, and elegance, alongside communication materials like menus, event catalogues, and photography.
