In the middle of Munich, between Stachus and Sendlinger Tor, the ABG Real Estate Group is developing a new office, residential and commercial building at a former filming location of the 80s cult series Monaco Franze. The brand identity of the property FRANZ – The Signature Office pays homage to this German icon of TV and pop culture and at the same time positions the building ensemble independently as a contemporary-modern address for entrepreneurs with personality.
